The employees are disrespectful to customers and potential customers as well.
I cannot recommend this place.
We rented a ice box, and have paid all but 200, my girlfriend is in the hospital, these guys have called and called and want to come pic it up, find another place to rent from these people have no respect for any one,
Went in and spoke to the general manager, he treated me like trash. I was wearing a t-shirt and jeans but nothing that screamed white trash. He followed me around the store like I was a thief asking at every item I looked at "are you interested"
I called with questions regarding a product and instead of allowing me to ask they wanted their questions answered first and asked why I was being rude because I didn't want to give my # when I did ask questions it was like pulling teeth had to say please elaborate more. Their prices are also just ridiculous
Eventually I asked Joe (the general manager) to give me some space while I was look and thinking about my options. I ended up leaving and going to Rent a center in Ardmore where I was treated nicely and like a person.
Tried to get them to work on a payment that was going to be two weeks late and I was told that they didn't want to work with that so why give them business if they can't work with customers. Very rude and are asking to much for merchandise.
