You expect cut flowers to die within a week - but not a green plant!
I WILL NEVER use this florist again, I am so sorry my family spent good hard earned money for something that was not worth the price.
I received a dish garden from my family when my mother passed away, within a week it started dieing. I contacted the florist shop - spoke with the manager and she said "bring it in so I can see" --- I live in Texas and am not able to just drop by with the plant. When I mentioned this, she said "what do you want me to do?" - I informed her that any other florist I had ever had problems with would comment "we will send you a new plant, we are sorry that this plant/flower did not meet your expectations" -- she commended "I can't deliver one to Texas".
