The only thing that I'm not comfortable with, is having the front desk lady working over night alone. She needs to be at home with her family. Let a younger people like in their 30's or 40's work the over night shift. I understand that she needs a job, let her work during the day.
Got 2 rooms that are connected together. Very happy with the rooms. The front desk lady is very nice. We needed extra towels, went down an got them. Didn't have to wait very long at all.
LOVED that the front desk lady is an American. I could talk to her with no problem.
We stayed over Thanksgiving Holiday. The staff was very professional, smiles on their faces, and did a great job! Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, good and got the job done. The coffee was pretty good, better than most hotels. Our room was always clean(ed) and put together nicely. The bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. The lobby had cookies and coffee which was nice because we arrived pretty late in the afternoon. We stayed with a six year old and an infant. I would stay here again. My mother lives in Tishomingo and this is a short drive to her. Plus it's right behind Brahms which has delicious ice cream!
Very nice motel. Rooms were surprisingly massive w full sleeper sofa and a lot of space. They kept fresh baked cookies stocked in the lobby and even offered free beer and wine and cheese between 7 and 8pm. The front desk called me to be sure i was invited. The in house breakfast offered a lot of options and well prepared food. I ran into several extended stay families who were havinf a great time.
Great hotel. The friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From every single person at the front desk, the breakfast attendant and cleaning staff, everyone was helpful and super nice! The rooms were huge, clean, great accommodations, just overall wonderful. My family and I stayed for 7 nights to escape Hurricane Harvey and the staff made a stressful time easier and the overall process very smooth. Not sure how many travelers really pass through Madill, OK but if you do, even just for a night, this place would be where we would stay again. A huge Thank you to all of the staff!!
This was one of the nicest experiences I have ever had at a hotel and I travel very much and stay at many hotels. The Ladies who work the front desk are precious jewels. I had had a very bad experience prior to arriving at the hotel and the front desk lady was like a beacon of light in a storm where you are lost. She was just amazing. The free breakfast was so delicious and room immaculate. The entire facility was. Enjoyed the pool and sauna.
