Apparently this rail yard thinks that federal law doesn't apply to them. Federal law states they cannot block a track for more than 20 minutes if the train is capable of moving. This train has gone back and forth a few times is capable of moving and has been blocking the crossing for 45 minutes! And shows no sign of moving any time soon...once I get phone service back i will be filing a formal complaint with corporate headquarters and I hope they fire the people who choose to ignore federal law.
I HATE having to stop and wait on trains that are parked. They park for 30-45 minutes every time we have to go over the tracks. If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!!!
I have been late to school AT LEAST 3 times in one week due to trains taking up BOTH crossings!

Been sitting at this crossing over an hour it's hot and I have babies in my car when I called the man was horribly rude. Apparently they are they are only ones with lives. Tax dollars sadly wasted
